I’m at 180 here.
This whole AI garbage is just the absolute worst, especially from eBay.
Now I have a 10-day suspension and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do.
Background
According to AI, I sell single-use plastic products.
But that’s not true.
About 90 products are blocked, which isn’t so bad for now, but my account, which has just been hidden from search, is dramatic.
This is about my livelihood.
No, I do not sell single-use plastic products.
I am not violating the policy.
I filed an appeal against the listings and now comes the funny part... some were approved, some weren’t... even though they’re generally the same products...
The competition sells the same products and nothing happens there?
Could an employee please take a look at this here?

Of course I could have gotten a call (I didn’t try it) and no, I have nothing against foreigners but most of them won’t understand what the problem is.
I’d be grateful for help on what I can do so my account is free again and so that in the future my account won’t be completely blocked

Single-use plastic products are items that are only used once or for a short period of time before being thrown away. The items you’re offering are all intended for one-time use and are therefore no longer permitted on eBay.

I know that myself.
As already said, the competition also sells these items.
Likewise, the AI has in some cases upheld the objection.
How can that be?
