I have received another request regarding OSS.
I am a commercial seller in Germany and sell exclusively used goods under Section 25a of the German VAT Act (margin scheme). My goods are shipped exclusively from my location in Germany. A German VAT ID is already stored with eBay.
About a year ago, the same matter was clarified after review by eBay Support.
Since the current request apparently does not take the specifics of the margin scheme into account, I kindly ask for a review of my account and, if necessary, for forwarding to the responsible specialist department.
