Hello dear forum,
I'm slowly getting desperate.
Recently I moved privately without changing my business address.
After that, eBay threatened to suspend my activities, pointing out that I should provide my correct company details.
In this context, I learned that the VAT ID from the tax office is assigned to the private address and not to the company headquarters.
So far, so good. After entering my private address as the company headquarters, everything worked as usual again, and my shop was reactivated.
Unfortunately, it didn't last, because now I'm being threatened again with a complete suspension within 7 days for the same issue.
How can that be? I'm really getting fed up with this...
