Sold passport from 1931 removed ... Why???
Summary: demetri1987 reported that a passport from 1931 that had been sold was removed from eBay because it was said to violate policies on extremist items. demetri1987 appealed and asked whether he should ship the item or whether the money would be reclaimed. melina@ebay replied that the appeal had already been accepted and that demetri1987 had been informed by email that he could go ahead and complete the order.
Hello,
Today, a freshly sold passport from 1931 was removed from eBay. ( item no. 198539670395 )
Apparently we would have violated the policy on National Socialist and other extremist items ...
Of course we lodged an appeal right away.
The item has been paid for, so we also want to ship it. Or should we wait? Could the money maybe be withdrawn again ?
It’s all not really understandable.

·1 month agodefinitely question it again, I could imagine that an employee was overzealous here and was simply bothered by the "Deutsches Reich" ? Although we don't cover this text for stamps either and have never had any problems in this regard.
Be sure to also inform the buyer and ask for a little patience !
