Request for Verified Seller - no response from eBay
Summary: msmoedas reports that he submitted an application for “Verified Art Dealer” on eBay, but despite repeated follow-up since May, he has not received any response. While other sellers have already been verified, he is looking for information on how long processing takes and is asking for support from eBay staff. perfect-sally informs msmoedas that tagging an employee is not correct and forwards the request to another eBay employee.
Hello everyone, I submitted an application on 06/05/2026 at Ebay for "Verified art dealer” for art & antiques". I reminded them again on 10/06/2026 and also tried calling. So far, unfortunately, nothing has happened. Dealers in my industry have long been verified.
Have you had any experience with how long such verification takes? All documents were sent completely to the responsible email address

OP1 week ago@samantha@ebay Unfortunately, still haven’t heard anything. Am I supposed to make sense of that? If something is missing, you can let me know, but just zero response feels really disappointing, especially at a time when there’s already enough to deal with with the new packaging regulations, etc..
