Article removed and account suspended for 7 days for violating the principles | Seller Lounge

Hello everyone, I’ve had a small problem here on eBay since Friday. I was informed on Friday that an item was removed from my listings and that I would receive a 3-day restriction because it is said to have violated the policy on firearms and accessories. The link to the policy that was sent with it says the following:The following items are allowed:Airsoft guns and paintball accessories within the scope of the Airsoft Gun Policy,Toy guns where the projectile kinetic energy is below 0.5 joules (e.g. Nerf, “pea shooters”).Since my account only sells paintball accessories, I appealed the suspension with exactly that statement. The appeal was rejected within a few minutes (probably just an AI review). I then contacted customer service, but they couldn’t help me either. I received replies such as: "The legal regulations regarding parts and accessories for "air rifles and pistols" are very diverse and complex. To protect our users, we have decided not to generally allow these items for sale on eBay." Which also doesn’t fit my items, since these are only paintball accessories. Part of another reply was:"I know that this whole situation makes no sense anymore and that is totally incomprehensible." So apparently even customer service doesn’t understand why I was suspended. I then asked customer service to tell me the exact reason for the suspension and the policy violation. Since that request, I haven’t received any more responses from eBay. Except for another email early this morning, which informed me that my account is now restricted for 7 days and another 10 items were blocked. I then wrote to customer service again asking why the paintball accessory items, which are legal according to the policy, are suddenly illegal. My repeated note that I do not sell any weapons and point this out in virtually every listing was also ignored. Although customer service was able to reply 3 times within a few minutes on Friday (a holiday), I still haven’t received an answer. When I messaged customer service, I also checked the box saying I wanted a copy of my inquiry sent to my inbox. That never arrived either. I’m slowly at my wit’s end. Especially because I’m following the policies exactly, with no ammunition or anything like that. For the past 4 years I’ve only sold paintball accessories from a 3D printer, which is allowed. If I now look at other items that clearly violate these policies but are never removed, I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. Other sellers who offer virtually identical products to my blocked ones are still allowed to do so... I hope I can find some advice here, or at least an answer to my question of what exactly violates the policies.
