Good morning, I’m not sure whether this topic has already been brought up before. We sell our items with freight shipping. With freight shipping, you can’t enter shipment details for tracking because there are no tracking details. Our customers receive the week of delivery announced by the manufacturer by email within 48 hours of purchase. As soon as we have the specific delivery date, we also send this information to the buyer by email. The problem is that if the buyer opens a case, we have no way to upload the order confirmation, the sales order confirmation, or the delivery notice as proof. Has eBay already given any thought to building such an option into the system? The easiest thing would be if, in the event of a dispute, when contacting eBay or sending information, there were an option to attach files to the message. Right now, none of that is possible. Maybe there is another possibility and I just haven’t found it yet. Thank you in advance The gate experts
