The "Offers" and "Orders" pages keep freezing up all the time

As the title already says, both the "Offers" page and the "Orders" page in Seller Cockpit Pro keep freezing up constantly. And by constantly, I really mean 95% of the time. It then looks like this...

Really the only thing that helps is clicking on "Leave page" and reloading the website. But then it freezes up again within a minute. It's especially bad when using the search function (not the one above, but the item search below or the buyer search in orders). Clearing cookies didn't help. The error occurs on computers with different performance levels, different operating systems, and different browsers.
Could the tech team please take a look at this? It's really annoying.
