Summary: studio_sh reports several problems with an Italian online shop, including that the profile and shop are not displayed, that important business details are missing, and that fees are being charged incorrectly. Despite repeated contact with support, no solution has been found. perfect-sally suggests getting the attention of a support agent, while nina@ebay points out that Italian support is responsible. petersmodellbahnstuebchen suspects an error in the display of seller information, while studio_sh is frustrated by the support team's standard replies in English.
Hello. Even though I’ve subscribed to an Italian shop and I’m an Italian business seller, I’m posting here because the English/Italian support hasn’t helped me at all so far, even though I contacted them 3-4 times and explained my problem many times over.
In principle, there are several problems:
when you click on my profile, you get the message "This user was unfortunately not found"
when you click on the shop door, you get the same message
when you then click on the reviews that are displayed and then click on "seller's ebay shop" there, you end up in the shop. But there, under "Info", my business details (name, address, VAT ID, etc.) are not shown, even though they are correctly stored in the account - I am the one risking a warning, but ebay doesn’t care
although I have subscribed to the Italian premium shop and am entitled to free auctions on partner sites such as ebay.de or ebay.co.uk, listing fees are ALWAYS deducted from me.
I want to emphasize that ebay support has already confirmed to me that my account is in order and everything is correctly stored. I also sell and my items are shown. But I am not getting the service I pay for.
Regards and thanks to everyone who could help me.

·3 weeks agoHi @studio_sh
What I notice about the display of your offers and your shop is that the seller data is stored under Info, whereas for commercial sellers it should say Legal notice there.
For another Italian commercial seller, I see it like this:
There it says Legal notice and therefore also the additional required data.
Maybe that's the mistake here. Unfortunately, only the Italian service can explain this to you in more detail.
Best wishes from the Baltic Sea

OP3 weeks agoGood morning and thank you, Peter. That may well be, but in my shop all of that was already there once, including the legal notice with all the correctly stored details and visible. And then from one day to the next it was gone. I haven't changed anything; everything is still correctly stored in the account.
The problem is also that all the replies come in English from America and not from Italy. And then they're always just standard replies, saying they set the highest priority, etc. blah blah blah... nothing happens.

·3 weeks ago@studio_sh Hey. 🙂 Since you're registered on the Italian eBay site, I'm afraid I have to refer you to my Italian support colleagues. We can't help you with your difficulties.
@perfect-sally Thanks very much for tagging me. ❤
Best regards,
Nina

OP3 weeks ago · EditedThanks. I'll try again in the Italian community. But I did some research. There is an ALERT about it (I don't have the number handy). It was also discussed on ebay.com, but nowhere does it say what you can do.

·3 weeks agoWhen I click on your name, the same thing is shown to me.
Maybe an eBay employee can help; she’ll get back to you here.
@nina@ebay could you take a look please? Thanks
