Ebay has become an absolute disaster!
Lately, eBay has increasingly been making decisions over our heads.
No follow-up questions are asked.
Messages are either not answered at all, or if they are, then only with canned text blocks. The issue itself is not addressed.
We are on the verge of leaving this marketplace altogether...
Is this happening only to us, or have others had similar experiences?

you’re not the only ones finally speaking up... It’s been going downhill for years, contradictions are held sacred and defended. Rules don’t apply to everyone and the mutual bull***shitting just keeps going. AI & house rules are always put above reality & the law.
You don’t really have customer service here... You have to call several times and be really lucky to get a competent person on the phone who understands and speaks German.
All the automated emails that come from eBay are usually full of mistakes, sometimes ridiculous spelling errors, and then you’re told how to sell in a legally compliant way, while at the same time you get rejections of reports about private sellers acting commercially or counterfeiters or A-dropshippers.
For example, I haven’t been able to list or edit any items for over 2 weeks - eBay couldn’t care less. No problem, I’ll just sell the items elsewhere - why should eBay get to profit from it too?
You’re being turned more and more into merchandise here instead of being a seller...
