Ebay emails about OSS

I’m once again asking for help regarding the topic of OSS and the ‘announcement of the restriction of sales activity’. Three months ago, after my post here, an eBay employee sent me an email and the issue could be clarified. Now the numerous emails are back again and I don’t know whether it would be productive to simply reply to the old thread once more. So I’d rather ask like this, please contact me again.
It’s about the EU threshold of 10k, which I did not exceed last year and have not exceeded yet this year. I would therefore like to avoid the announced suspension.
