Ebay page often switches from German to English

I’m starting a new topic here. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything about it in the community.
We’ve noticed that sometimes when listing items, the page switches to ebay.com. Even during our normal work on the eBay pages, it suddenly switches to English. So we suspect that an item was also listed on Ebay.com without us noticing. Then Ebay wanted all the certificates for product safety from us. But when you followed the link to our item via .com, it was no longer there???
We also deleted it via .de and had several phone calls about this problem. In the end, though, everything worked out for the best.
But we keep noticing that the page on Ebay keeps switching back to .com. Does anyone else have this problem? And what can be done about it?

·2 months agoI can confirm that that seems to be normal. What I also often have is that certain links lead to completely different pages. This can also be observed in the app.
Some go via .com, some via .de...

·2 months agoWeirdly enough, I’ve had this since today. Just now, for example, during the bidding process at an auction (on Ebay Germany, item from a German seller), the field "Gebot prüfen" suddenly switched to an English "Review Bid" and then told me I had entered an "invalid price" because in the originally German input form I naturally entered euro comma cents and not euro point cents as is customary in the English-speaking world. That is not only annoying, but also frustrating if it can lead to you not being able to place your bid, or not being able to place it in time.

There’s nothing you can do about it, it always happens when Ebay is tinkering around on its pages, meaning they’re introducing yet more improvements that make things worse.
Recently the button "Ended auctions" was changed to "Not Active"; more "improvements" will surely follow.
Ebay has never managed to inform its sellers in a short info email beforehand about changes.
That’s probably because we sellers still don’t pay enough fees.
