Is there currently an image issue?
Summary: mmstore74 reported an issue where images aren't displaying in sales or invoice sections, despite clearing cache and cookies and trying different browsers. petersmodellbahnstuebchen reported no issues, and another participant noted a past uploading problem that had been resolved. Support was involved as perfect-sally and selina_b@ebay responded, with the latter relaying the issue to IT. mmstore74 noted that historical data is crucial for them, as they have sold many items without previous issues. selina_b@ebay acknowledged and continued to assist.
Hello everyone, I no longer see any images under sales, and no item images are being shown on the invoices either. Is there currently a problem?
Cache & cookies deleted

I have sold over 1000 of these and I’m not going to give up my history for that, sorry, and yesterday and last week I sold several more, and everything is visible there

@perfect-sally so yesterday ( Sunday ) I was only able to upload pictures late in the evening too, in the afternoon nothing worked for me either.
@petersmodellbahnstuebchen Peter, even with Chrome, cache and cookies all deleted, and only today’s orders are not being shown as pictures
P.S.: I just checked in the eBay app on my phone, and there the pictures from today aren’t showing either

·1 month agoApparently, no images could be uploaded over the weekend, but according to Patrick it should be fixed.
I think this is more of a display issue, which is usually fixed, if there’s nothing bigger going on, with the obligatory clearing of the cache and deleting cookies. Everything seems normal on my end (Edge, FF, Opera or Chrome).
@melina@ebay is there a known issue with this? Thanks
