Seller from Italy advertises free returns, but doesn't create a return order | Seller Lounge

Hello,The following problem,We ordered an item from Italy; it was advertised with free return shipping (car spare part). 3 out of 4 items do not fit, even though everything should fit. A return was requested and approved by the seller, unfortunately there were then problems with communication on our side (error message from eBay when sending messages)Messages were not sent. We received an email from eBay saying that the seller would get in touch regarding the return shipping. A return order via freight forwarder was not created.We are now supposed to arrange the return shipment, but if we arrange a freight forwarder, we have to pay for it as well, so then it would not be free return shipping. We have now requested an extension of the deadline twice, which has not been granted, regarding the return shipment.
