Hi, Currently, eBay has decided a case against me. About the details: A delivery attempt was made and the buyer was not found. After that, the package was taken to a post office branch and has been waiting there for pickup ever since.The buyer then opened a case a few days later, whereupon I informed him that the package is waiting for him at a parcel shop and can still be picked up for 10 more days (delivery location: Croatia, DHL storage time 15 days)Currently, it can still be picked up until tomorrow and will only then be sent back to me.I even looked up the shop for him and linked it. Everything is visible in the chat.Today he handed the case over to eBay without any further communication with me, and eBay decided the case against me, even though there is clearly a default in acceptance here and the package can still be picked up. I also can't file an appeal. So honestly, this can't be right.
