Hello everyone,We’ve had another case with a power supply for TV sets.The customer sent it back, the return was delivered, but apparently the exact same part arrived here visually — but very likely his old or burned-out circuit board.When asked, the customer said he had ordered the wrong item and sent back exactly what he had received from us.Cases like that don’t happen all the time, but they do keep happening.eBay often refunds quickly once the return has been delivered, and as a seller you’re pretty much at their mercy.How do you protect yourselves in situations like this?Does anyone document the item before shipping, or is the effort too much in practice?
