Steering wheel airbag cover gets deleted by eBay, reason: violation of eBay policy
Hello everyone,
I am offering a rare original Brabus steering wheel horn pad on eBay.
It is the model for the Brabus steering wheel from MB vehicles from the 80s and 90s. No airbag.
Now this listing is being removed for violation of guidelines, and an appeal with explanation was rejected.
Which guideline did I violate?? I don't understand it.

- Vehicle parts that must be manufactured in a type approved by the authorities may only be offered if they are marked with an officially prescribed and assigned approval mark (§ 22a para. 2 sentence 1 StVZO). Which vehicle parts these are in individual cases is listed in § 22a para. 1 StVZO.
- When selling vehicle parts, the item description must state to what extent installation or fitting of the item will invalidate or preserve the vehicle's general operating permit (ABE) in accordance with the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO).
- The seller must state in the item description which type of document (ABE for vehicle parts or parts/material certificate) is supplied together with the vehicle part.
- The buyer must not be led to believe by the mere presence of an "expert opinion" or a "material certificate" that the document is sufficient for the vehicle's ABE to be retained when the vehicle part is fitted to the vehicle."
