Hello everyone,I had to increase my handling time to 7 days for now. For a current order (see screenshot), according to eBay I have until 24/02, 11:59 p.m. to ship the parcel.But in the screenshot you can see that the buyer is simultaneously shown “Delivery by 25/02.” That doesn’t make sense to me: even if I hand it in on time at the parcel shop on 24/02 (or if the parcel is picked up on 24/02), delivery by 25/02 realistically cannot be guaranteed - no matter which shipping provider I choose. My question: If delivery happens after 25/02, will a defect for late delivery then be set in my account, even though I shipped within the handling time? Who has experience with this? Thanks!
