Message from an unknown eBay member

Hello dear community,
Just now we received a really strange message via Ebay from a member unknown to us.
The member writes in English that he/she arrived in Frankfurt today and is there for 3 days and asks whether we want to meet up with him.
The profile shows that the member is from Greece, that he has been registered with Ebay since 2020, and that it only has one rating.
My first thought was to report it - because I find this very inappropriate. But in the options for reporting, there isn’t really anything suitable to choose from.
What would you do? Just ignore it and put it on the block list?
Reply with something - and if so, what?
Report it anyway? - On what grounds.

that sounds very suspicious. I would put the user on the blocklist immediately and ignore any further communication..
