5. How must the warranty label be displayed in the online shop?

·2 months agoThe last two would put commercial sellers at an even greater disadvantage than they already are.
It’s perfectly fine to expect a bit more from private sellers, or supposedly private ones!
Especially since that wouldn’t be in line with buyer protection either.

The "experts" at Ebay are probably already scratching their heads over that and have already formed a working group, which is expected to meet for the first time on 01/08/2026.
I'll only start dealing with this topic when the deadline gets closer.

·2 months agoNo idea, with regulations like that and the implementation, I only start thinking about it shortly before they come into force and are due. Ebay will then HOPEFULLY present a solution in good time.
That has been the case in the past.
Because: 1 ) Things usually turn out differently than you think.
2) I don't have to believe everything I think.
3) You don't have to believe everything I think.
4 ) I don't have to believe everything you think.
My view: thinking ahead is usually a waste of time.
There is no influence on the implementation of the regulations.
My shop can also be canceled quickly if anything happens, or if something doesn't fit.
