Product sold via Buy It Now, customer wants a photo by email before payment
A buyer wants photos of the product by email, is that normal?
I uploaded photos on E-Bay via "reply to message",
he says he can't open the photos.
What do you guys think, happy to hear a reply from the E-Bay team too.

·2 weeks agoAs long as it hasn't been paid for, no data whatsoever may be exchanged! The real question is, why do you buy it and then ask for more photos? That seems odd to me.

Hi Ayhan,
I took a quick look at the item. Has he already paid, or does he just want to see the photos beforehand?
If he bought it and hasn’t paid yet, you have a valid purchase contract.
I think your photo of the back is sufficiently enough. If he wants more photos and can’t open them through the eBay messages, then he should just send you an email address.

·2 weeks agoIf payment hasn't been made for at least 4 days, you can cancel the purchase due to non-payment.
And put users like that on the block list.
