Item sold, shipped on time, after a few days the buyer opens a return, reason: "ordered by mistake". So far, everything normal and understandable.From here on it gets bizarre:1 day later the buyer opens a case on Ebay, reason: "The buyer has not received a refund".Until then, we had neither received the item back from the buyer, nor were we informed that the item had been shipped by the buyer!And after the matter was then resolved, we had the item and the buyer had his money, Ebay shamelessly kept the full Ebay fees for itself!!!!!!I would now really like to know from an Ebay employee what is going on at Ebay ????????
