Good day, we have an order where the DHL tracking number simply is not being accepted.The order is still shown as not shipped and now also as delayed.On that day, around 15 orders were shipped, and the tracking number was entered normally and then disappeared from our overview of open orders. I have already tried entering the tracking number countless times, including in various places in eBay. It is a DHL business customer number that can normally be tracked.I have now sent the number to the customer by message. This process will probably negatively affect our performance even though we did everything right. Maybe someone can help me. Thanks for your effort! Regards
