Heyho,I’d be interested to know how you deal with neutral reviews that basically don’t rate the seller’s performance at all.Comment on them, have them deleted?Yesterday I checked our review profile again and was pretty surprised when I suddenly found two neutral reviews there.First case: 'Item is very good, but also very expensive'Mind you, for a selling price of €7.69 including shipping costs!🙄Second case: 'Would have fit if the fault had been with the cable. The sewing machine itself was defective and after 37 years irreparable cable (even if used) looked brand new!'I'm glad that, apart from the return shipping costs, we were able to help him, free of charge, to identify the defect by process of elimination.However, I cannot understand why we get a neutral review for something we had nothing to do with?
