Dear Sir or Madam, For several days I have been trying to enter my VAT identification number at eBay, but I was always told that the information was incorrect. After intensive attempts, I started looking for the error. I was convinced that I had found the mistake (because the street was not written out). After I even received an email from eBay stating that my account had been successfully verified, I immediately tried to list the item, but without success. The error message still persists (see attachment). Later I received another email stating that my account is restricted again. A short time later, after about five minutes, I received another email confirming that my account had been successfully verified. Since then, for just over half an hour now, I have been receiving conflicting emails from eBay alternately. Nevertheless, I am not able to list an item. In addition, I have found that my VAT ID number works and has been confirmed on other online portals. Therefore, it must be due to eBay's internal system. I hope someone can help me.
