Shipping something that big is really no joke. It really has to be well padded and reinforced so it doesn’t get damaged.
Take a look at iloxx.de or paket.ag for cheaper alternatives.

why doesn't one think about something like this before listing it?
It would have been appropriate to specify pickup only.
I'm actually an optimistic person, but I can't imagine that shipping will go well. And since you offered free shipping, you have to bear the costs yourself....
When shipping via DHL you would also have to consider the weight and girth of the already packed
shipment .
Have you already tried to reach an agreement with the buyer about canceling the transaction?

·2 months agoYou can buy your label wherever you want; the important thing is that you then enter the shipping provider and tracking number for the item.

if you book directly with DHL, you may be able to ship it as bulky goods. However, you are responsible for setting the shipping costs yourself and must cover any possible difference yourself.
