Shopping cart display
Hello,
is there an overview of which items are currently in a potential buyer's shopping cart?
I only ever see that when I go to a specific item.
Thanks and best regards

as @perfect-sally already wrote to you, you don’t see who has something in their cart, only that some user or several users have this item in their cart.
Only once the item is bought do you see who purchased it.

OP1 week agoHello Peter, it's already clear to me that I can't see which user has an item in the cart.
I don't want to know that either
It would just be nice if, out of my approx. 2000 items, I could be shown, e.g. for 1000 items, which ones are currently in shopping carts.
Then I could bundle discounts for just those items and entice the potential buyers to make the final purchase.
Best regards

·1 week agoAs far as I know, you can only see for the respective item you clicked whether it is in a cart, and not which or how many items are in the cart at all, so that you can edit them all together. In my opinion, that wouldn’t make sense either, since the price is certainly not the same for all cart items and may also need to be discounted right away.

OP1 week agoYeah, that's what I think too.
Thanks everyone and have a nice weekend

Hi Thomas,
I don't know of such a function for items in the cart.
However, you could sort your active offers by watchers in descending order and reduce the Buy It Now price for selected items by x%. But that would then apply to the offers, not just to watchers.
Best wishes from the Baltic Sea

·1 week agoOf course you can't see what others have in their cart - data privacy!
With your articles, you also only see whether they are in a cart, and you don't know the watchers either.

OP1 week agoIt's not about the buyers. I can also see it when I click directly on the item, that it's in a shopping cart. I could perhaps also discount the price in a bundle there. D

·1 week agoHi @kreativstick.bel
you can still apply a discount when the buyer requests the total amount from their shopping cart. The initiative for that always comes from the buyer.

·1 week agoThere’s nothing to discount there, since none of the items in the shopping cart have been purchased. If you offer combined shipping and it’s set up correctly, interested buyers should see that when they have several of your items in their cart.
