Why is there no rating from eBay for some delivered items " DHL Paket "?

Good morning everyone,
I've been noticing more and more that eBay's automatic feedback is so irregular, when the item has been marked as delivered for at least 7 days, what is the reason for that?
I have a lot of items that were delivered over 1 month ago (DHL parcels with tracking number) but there was no feedback for them.
Could someone please tag an eBay employee for me so I can find out what the reason is, many thanks.

OP3 weeks ago@perfect-sally ,what you said about the lack is right and I agree with you, but I have to admit that I'm also a fan of ratings, even if in the end I can't buy anything with them 😁.
And it was Ebay that brought this in, so it should also be possible to determine whether someone shipped on time and whether they were to blame for the delay or not.
Maybe an Ebay employee will chime in on this again.

I also wrote to @miriam@ebay in the " old community " back then that DHL keeps changing the delivery date all the time, ( I’d say for 8 out of 10 packages ) see example.
I sold the item on the evening of 09.06.2026, shipped it right away on the morning of 10.06.2026 and it was supposed to be delivered on 12.06.2026, but then it wasn’t delivered until 15.06.2026
Even though you can’t do anything about that either 🥴

·3 weeks agoHello @mmstore74 I had this recently too, and when I asked, I was told that these packages or rather the items were not delivered on time (according to eBay's delivery information), and therefore are not automatically rated.

often didn't match the delivery time stated by the seller?

·3 weeks agoThe seller doesn't specify delivery times, but rather their processing time, and based on that eBay gives the delivery date.
I did ship it on time, but the parcel service delivered it later.
Whether what eBay states is ultimately correct or not is not my problem if I ship according to my stated details and don't get any defects filed against me.
