In short:- Purchase from a commercial seller (registered in Italy)?- no complete seller identification, no terms and conditions, no VAT information, no WEEE number (all not that dramatic)- no VAT ID / tax number stored - why is that allowed for commercial sellers, when every small German retailer gets restricted because of a wrong full stop or comma?- serious: violation of the GDPR. My data was passed on to AMAZON. The goods were bought at AMAZON with my delivery address and delivered by Amazon.- there is no privacy policy from the seller that justifies such a practice- the seller is obviously operating “dropshipping” across the board in violation of eBay principles- invoice is of course also nowhere to be seen; the question about it was not answered.What is eBay doing against such practices? Are sellers from the EU subject to different rules than German providers?
