How do I get my money back?
I contacted my buyer to ask whether she had received the goods. She replied yes and thanked me. The problem is that on eBay the shipment status is still open. I have tried several times to contact eBay, but it was unsuccessful.
How do I get my money now?

·3 weeks agoHello @steffimatze16 both sales were once a DHL parcel and once a letter, neither has a tracking number or proof of delivery.
That’s why you’re waiting longer for your money now.
And if a buyer ever reports an item as not received and you can’t provide either of those, you lose money and the item.

You need proof of shipment and proof of delivery. Without that, it may be that the payout takes up to 30 days.
Buyers' confirmations by message or a review are not accepted as proof.

OP3 weeks agoI have a note that I dropped it off at the post office with the date and time. It was sent as a large letter. The post office may have forgotten to mark it as delivered. In any case, I have a note as proof

·3 weeks agoThere is no function on eBay that the post office or the buyer can use to mark it as delivered. And a receipt from the branch is unfortunately not proof of delivery.

OP3 weeks agoIn any case, eBay isn't answering me. What we can do now. Because she has had the goods for a week and I don't have the money, no.

·3 weeks agoWell, what was eBay supposed to reply anyway? As I said, you don't have any proof of shipment or proof of delivery. And eBay only makes suggestions based on your shipping details, and suggestions don't have to be accepted.

OP3 weeks agoEbay suggested sending it as a large letter and gave me the shipping slip to print out. And that's what I did
