Hello eBay team, @patrick @miriamI urgently need help regarding repeated OSS/VAT warnings on my eBay account.In 2025, I already confirmed to eBay that my cross-border sales to private individuals within the EU are below the OSS supply threshold of €10,000 per calendar year.Following that, I received an official confirmation from eBay on 12/05/2025 that:no further action is required,any restrictions have been lifted,and this applies until 12/05/2026.Nevertheless, I am now once again receiving warnings and threats of suspension for practically every EU country as soon as a sale is made there. In the emails, eBay claims that my total cross-border turnover within the EU exceeds €10,000 per year and that I must confirm OSS or enter foreign VAT IDs.According to my records, this statement is not correct. If eBay continues to assume that my turnover in 2025 or 2026 is above the €10,000 threshold, I ask for a detailed breakdown of the relevant sales that support this calculation, as I keep my accounts carefully and would like to trace and reconcile the data accordingly; I sell only through eBay.I monitor my sales very closely for accounting purposes and explicitly make sure to stay below the OSS threshold. I also do not use warehousing or shipping from other EU countries. The goods are shipped from Germany.That is why I do not understand:why eBay continues to assume that I am above the €10,000 threshold,why I am receiving restrictions again,and why the already confirmed exception is apparently being ignored.If necessary, I can provide all emails, confirmations, and screenshots, including:eBay's request from 24/02/2025, my confirmation, as well as the official eBay confirmation from 12/05/2025 that no further action is required until 12/05/2026Could an eBay employee please review my case and, if necessary, give me the opportunity again to confirm the declaration that my cross-border sales continue to remain below the €10,000 threshold, so that the restrictions and warnings can be permanently removed?Thank you.
