Yes, you are allowed to have multiple business eBay accounts. According to the Policy on the use of multiple eBay accounts, it is permitted to operate different accounts, for example to keep the assortment clearly separated into different product lines. [1]
Important rules and requirements:
Distinct information: Each account needs a separate email address and its own username. [1]
No circumvention of penalties: You may not create new accounts in order to circumvent restrictions, limits, or penalties imposed on another account (such as seller restrictions). [1]

·3 weeks agoI wouldn't know of anything speaking against it. You just need a different email address and have to verify the new account and your bank account.
