Change return address for customers
Summary: packing4u reports that they changed their return address in their eBay account, but can’t delete the preferred return address because it’s linked to the DHL account. Although the new address is stored in the DHL account, it isn’t being applied. perfect-sally asked an eBay employee to take a look at the problem.
Hello everyone,
I changed my return address in my eBay account.
However, I can't delete the "Preferred return address".
In blue it says "Your return addresses are linked to your DHL account and cannot be edited"
Yes, my eBay account is linked to DHL, but the new return address is also stored in the DHL account, yet it isn't being adopted.
Can anyone help me?

If you make a change with DHL, you need to relink the account on eBay so the changes can take effect.
