My problem: I've been an eBay Plus member since July (the trial phase is over). Since then, my maximum points limit has unfortunately been capped at 2,000 points. That means I can collect points as usual, but as soon as I reach 2,000 points, newly collected points expire and I can only start earning new points again once I've spent some. In total, I've been able to collect 5,739 points this way, but it's a shame that I can't use the account I'm paying for normally. What can I do to unlock the regular annual limit (10,000 points)? QuestionMembers help membersChevronRightIcon Detailed view of points account not working Hello, the detail view of the points account has not been working anymore since at least yesterday. In the detailed display, the ebay points balance is 0 for Redeemable and Pending, although pending points exist, and no transactions = additions and deductions are shown historically. In the ebay points overview, the total is displayed correctly. The problem was already described here by another user and marked as solved today (user norderstar) However, it is still not working for me right now, neither in the app nor in the PC version.
