This only happens with variant items, not with single items. For single items, the image is on eBay when I open it. For variant items, the image is on our hoster. The curious thing is that it’s always different items. Are you having this problem too? Best regards

Hello, unfortunately, for over 1 ½ months now I’ve been having the problem that I can no longer upload pictures to my new listings from my phone because the process simply doesn’t load. I usually create my listings on the PC and then add the pictures via my phone. That used to work without any problems: I tapped the corresponding message, the listing opened on my phone, I added the pictures, and then activated it. Now, however, it just keeps loading forever. If I then press the “X” at the top left, the title, product description, and pricing settings even disappear from the listing afterward. At this point it’s really pretty annoying, especially because it used to work without any problems. Could someone please tell me whether eBay is working on this bug and when it will finally be fixed?

I'm an EU-based business seller (Hungary) and I'm stuck in what feels like an endless loop with the seller VAT exemption, so I'm hoping someone here has been through the same thing. Background: my account was migrated from a sole proprietorship to a limited company in July. The old VAT number was removed and the new company VAT number was added — it's valid and VIES-verifiable. On 7 August, after speaking to customer service, I submitted the new number on the "Register for VAT/GST exemption on fees" page. I was told validation takes up to 14 business days. When nothing happened, I chatted again — and was told their system only registered my submission on 27 August, so the clock restarted. That second window has now passed too, with no approval and no notification. There's no status indicator anywhere: the exemption page just shows the number "on file", nothing about whether it's approved. On top of that, my July fee invoice and credit note were issued with the old, now invalid VAT number, and I was told invoices can't be corrected once generated. Both my company and the eBay entity issuing the invoices are inside the EU, so I don't understand why correct company data on an invoice is such a problem. All I get from customer service are template replies, not actual help. What frustrates me most is the double standard: as a seller I have to meet every service metric eBay sets, or I face consequences. eBay doesn't even hold itself to its own stated timelines — twice now — and there is no consequence at all. So, questions for anyone who's dealt with this: How long did your seller VAT verification actually take, and is there any way to see its status? Did anything specific get it moving (a particular department, phone support, the Business Seller line)? Has anyone successfully got a corrected fee invoice after a VAT number change? Any experience would be appreciated.

Our account is clean. All quotas are very good, reviews too. The items can be purchased without any problems, delivery times are also very good. Is this currently a common problem? We will notify you soon to let you know whether your verification was successful. “ . Unfortunately, phone support wasn’t able to help me concretely and only advised me to keep waiting. Since this has been going on for quite a while now and there are restrictions on the account, I wanted to ask: How long did such a verification take for you recently? English) Hello, I noticed today that regardless if on desktop or mobile, the drop-down section of the "Add to watchlist" buttons right side has vanished. This was an important feature to add an item to an pre-made or to be created individual watchlist. I sued it heavily to check for items from specific sellers i am interested in, to save on shipping. Then watch these lists and sort them by "ending first". Was this a deliberate decision, or is this a new and recent platform issue? The only way to organize items by sellers is now to put them on your general watchlist, and then move them from there, which is ridiculous! (2. German) Hello, it has come to my attention today that the drop-down menu on the right side of the “Add to watchlist” button has disappeared — both on desktop and on mobile devices. This was an important feature for adding items to an existing or new custom watchlist. I used it a lot to specifically look for items from certain sellers I’m interested in, so I could save on shipping. Was this a deliberate decision, or is this yet another issue with the platform? The only way to sort items by seller now is to first put them on the general watchlist and then move them from there — which is completely nonsensical and wastes a huge amount of time!
QuestionSeller LoungeChevronRightIcon The "Offers" and "Orders" pages keep freezing up all the time As the title already says, both the "Offers" page and the "Orders" page in Seller Cockpit Pro keep freezing up constantly. And by constantly, I really mean 95% of the time. It then looks like this... Offers: Orders: Really the only thing that helps is clicking on "Leave page" and reloading the website. But then it freezes up again within a minute. It's especially bad when using the search function (not the one above, but the item search below or the buyer search in orders). Clearing cookies didn't help. The error occurs on computers with different performance levels, different operating systems, and different browsers. Could the tech team please take a look at this? It's really annoying.

When I enter 52,99 it changes it to 5299 .... it wasn't doing that a few days ago!! Is this a bug on eBay? I can only enter 52,00, so an even number. 52,90 doesn't work either. I also tried leaving out the comma... but it still keeps doing it......lg. Edit: I think I just found a trick to get around it.

I have 8 invoices from well-known shops. There are no fake cards there. the case will be opened on 28.8 and then I’ll upload all the invoices. Is that enough as proof for eBay? I don’t want to end up not getting my money ? I got a shock today when I received his message.....
