QuestionMembers help membersChevronRightIcon WARRANTY LABEL ... where exactly does this thing go??? Hello folks, from 27.9.2026 we have to implement the warranty label. How are you doing this? The recommendation is to insert it into the item descriptions (first you have to save the label with an image service and then insert it with HTML. It works, but it’s a pain.) Or it is displayed centrally by the platform, i.e. Ebay, in checkout before payment. With Ebay, once again, as always, there is a great lack of knowledge; some of the service staff, who mostly speak poor German, don’t even know what you’re talking about. So... who among you knows more? I’m open to smart answers. ;-) I wish you huge sales and a nice time. best, Stephan Below is a picture of what it looks like.
QuestionMembers help membersChevronRightIcon Search queries don't work properly For some weeks now, the search hasn’t been working properly. Tried in Windows 10 and 11 in Google Chrome. E.g.: search query: https://www.ebay.de/sch/Computer-Tablets-Netzwerk/58058/i.html?_nkw=&_mPrRngCbx=1&_udlo=&_udhi=700&_ftrt=901&_ftrv=1&LH_NOB=1&_sabdlo=1&_sabdhi=&_samilow=&_samihi=&_fpos=&LH_SALE_CURRENCY=0&_sop=1&_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_fosrp=1&rt=nc&LH_PrefLoc=1 The first page returns correct search results, but if you go to page 2, 3, etc., the page is always empty or invalid.
QuestionMembers help membersChevronRightIcon Search does not only find the exact term you want Hello! When I search for the term "Weißwasser", articles are also found that contain the words "*weiß" and "wasser*" in various combinations. So, for example, "weiß wasserdicht", "weiß wasserlöslich", "weiß wasserkocher", "weiß wasserfest", "warmweiß wasserdicht" etc. How can I make it so that only articles with the exact term "Weißwasser" are found, without having to explicitly exclude the unwanted words in the search? Putting it in quotation marks, as it works with search engines, doesn't help, nor does the advanced search with the option "Exact terms, exact order".
QuestionMembers help membersChevronRightIcon My listed article does not appear in search results Hello, I posted an article on 1/8 that still doesn’t appear in the search results. On 4/8 I then edited the article - removed special characters from the title and inserted spaces. Still nothing has happened. I’ve never had any problems with this in the past. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
QuestionMembers help membersChevronRightIcon Cluttering up the search page with ads that no one needs and nobody wants! Hello, just a quick question: Can you somehow turn off on the Ebay homepage the ads that come after a search you’ve entered (similar item, you might also be interested in this item, other sellers have these items........)? It’s getting worse and worse. Regards Werner
TopicCommunity Help & DialogueChevronRightIconMembers help members moniwutzi887View listingsHiding things in search no longer works properly For a few weeks now, my meticulously "crafted" search queries have no longer been working; more precisely, masking out items in the style of: SEARCH: (ArticleX, ArticleY) -(WORD1, WORD2, WORD3) Suddenly only 160 items are being shown, and always 160, no matter what I change. At least that's too few; it should be 16000+ for example. Has eBay changed something in the search? Has anyone else noticed something like this? 2 months agolast reply 2 months ago
