Changing the cancellation policy not possible?
Hello,
I need to change my WRB, but unfortunately this doesn't seem to work.
Whenever I click the "Edit" button, I am always redirected to the terms and conditions.
Strangely, editing the AGB works without any problems.
Is there an error, or can someone tell me if I'm making a mistake?
Thank you very much and best regards

·2 months agoHello everyone, does anyone else have the problem that only 250 characters are available in the terms and conditions? That is nowhere near enough for the full text of the withdrawal policy. Where do you store your withdrawal policy? Ebay keeps referring me to the public company information, but there is only one field there for the terms and conditions.

·2 months agoSettings - Settings for commercial sellers - Edit - Return policy - that's where the cancellation policy belongs.

Today only to the terms and conditions. I was told that Ebay is passing the problem on.
But it seems to be like this permanently now? That can really drive you crazy.

·6 months agoHey, as far as I know the cancellation policy is edited in the terms and conditions. You’ll have to take a look in the
terms and conditions and search for the cancellation policy there, then change it

You're right. 👍
I'd actually forgotten that. You don't use it that often, after all.
Many thanks for your help! 💪

·5 months agoThe problem is that the old text is still being shown on the shop’s main page in the legal notice, and it can no longer be changed. I have already contacted Ebay technical support, who told me that the text in the legal notice is supposedly supposed to be updated 24 hours after the return policy terms are updated. However, the text on the legal notice page still has not been updated. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
