Editing articles in bulk " HTML " doesn't work
Summary: mmstore74 sought assistance with a problem in bulk editing their eBay listings using HTML code, as none of the changes were being processed. verena@ebay suggested clearing cookies and cache and requested screenshots for further investigation. Additional participants, including perfect-sally, petersmodellbahnstuebchen, and deichchef, tried to help by tagging eBay representatives and suggesting solutions like testing changes on a single line. mmstore74 provided updates indicating partial success after repeatedly attempting the process, though no specific solution was identified. deichchef cautioned on the need to check the changes, sharing past experiences.
Good morning everyone,
I’d like to process my listings in bulk " HTML Code ", but this doesn’t work; it always shows 0 of xxxx processed,
here’s an example

It always worked before, does anyone know exactly what’s going on or can someone please tag an eBay employee for me?
Thanks in advance

OP2 days agoGood morning @deichchef ,how exactly did you fall flat on your face?

·Aug 6, 2026 at 1:13 PMSome small thing in the HTML code got deleted too, so it kind of messed up part of the display.
It was very time-consuming to get everything back in order.

·2 days agoOK. I hope you checked the changes spot-check style.
I once got badly burned by that.

OP2 days agoHello @deichchef ,unfortunately there is no solution, I kept trying again at intervals and then it worked once, so that over 230 articles were edited, so I didn't do anything differently than usual.

·4 days agoI'm not sure whether that works across multiple lines/paragraphs.
Try it out as a test on an article with just one line.
