Item descriptions for all items in a very small scrolling window | Technical Questions

For some time now, on all listings the item description has been in a very small window for scrolling. It doesn't make sense and can't be changed. It may be that this problem is on my end, but that seems rather unlikely on different devices. Is there a fix or workaround to be able to see the item descriptions in a sensible format? An example can be seen in the photo.
