DHL QR code is faulty / doesn't work

Hello dear eBay team,

I'm really sick of walking to the DHL parcel shop, waiting in line, showing the QR code only to be told that the QR code is faulty. That means walking back every time, unpacking the printer, printing the label, putting the printer away again, walking back to the branch, waiting in line again and then dropping off the parcel. Why can't you get that together at eBay? Before, the QR code's check digit was always wrong; now the entire QR code is faulty.

I don't feel like printing out the label every time, especially since, apart from all the setting up and packing away of the printer, the eBay logo on the printed label annoys me anyway because it signals to any thief that there's goods on the way here that someone has paid for, so they can also be resold at any time.

And buying the label directly from DHL is also cumbersome, because you always have to do the whole address entry + payment process separately.

I'd actually really like the feature on eBay, unfortunately it's completely bugged. Please take care of it and let me know here when I can rely on the service again. Thanks

unfortunately, the QR codes still aren't working, just last weekend: one code works, the other doesn't. It can't really be that difficult to integrate DHL's API correctly.
But apparently threads from the forum are being deleted here ...
