Hello,unfortunately, email notifications after a sale are sometimes no longer coming through in full. Of the last 30 sales, 8 sales did not receive an email from eBay. The notifications are enabled in the settings and no spam filter is activated - but neither of those really matters, since only some of the email notifications are not coming through. The problem has been going on since 08/27/! Initially, these notices to eBay (customerhelp_de@ebay.com) at least got an acknowledgement of receipt once, and also a response saying that the issue had been forwarded to the appropriate department for review. For the last two notices about this (with the listed listing no.) by email, there has now been no reaction at all from eBay anymore. Regards
