eBay isn't paying out without giving a reason - scam?

Hello everyone,
unfortunately Ebay excluded my selling account from selling as soon as it was doing well, without giving any reason.
If it were only that, the problem would be manageable.
However, Ebay also isn't paying out the outstanding orders that have been successfully delivered and verified.. what can you do about that?
They also don't help you over the phone, except to say that, for 'security reasons', no information can be given and that payouts will take up to 190 days (!!!).
Since we're talking about a pretty substantial amount, it really gives the impression that they're strategically working with the money.
I'm honestly at a loss, maybe someone had the same thing happen.

·2 weeks agoThe information you received from customer service is correct as far as it goes.
Even if you were supposedly given no reason, which I can’t quite believe, you only need to look at your ratings to know why your account was suspended.
Your service status is probably no better, and that’s why eBay is suspending you.

·2 weeks agoThere are certainly some strange eBay buyers out there who have extremely unrealistic expectations, but I also think that 8 negative reviews is at least 6 too many for that number of transactions. And in the four categories “Reasonable shipping costs” etc., there’s still clearly a lot of room for improvement.
However, I have to agree with him that if money isn’t paid out for goods that can be proven to have been delivered, that’s not okay. Up to 190 days is a no-go.
Instead of withholding payments without prior notice, eBay should first issue a warning. And if you’re going to impose sanctions, then you should also explain exactly why.
Oh yeah:
My account verification, which was supposed to take just one day and then a week, still hasn’t been completed, or was I lied to by five different eBay employees? I honestly can’t imagine that. eBay would never do that….
