Adjustment tool has not been working since 6/30/26

Hello,
for our most important offers with more than 200 variants, the listing tool has not been working for 3 days now.
Either I can’t get into the offer to make corrections at all and the following error message appears right away:
"Problems with the listing tool - please try again later" or I get to the edit view for the offer and can make a
change, but when saving the above error message appears and nothing has been changed.
Unfortunately, this problem has existed for 3 days and I want to update the stock levels because new goods have arrived.
Phone call with customer service yesterday morning on 2/7 allegedly confirmed that the problem is known, but still no improvement.
Has anyone had similar problems with the listing tool.?

OP1 month agoI have exactly the same problem. For me too, with an offer with 247 variants, the offer can't be edited and the variant quantities can't be updated. When saving, this error message keeps appearing again and again.
I'm totally annoyed because I received new stock and haven't been able to update the offer for 3 days.
Ebay doesn't seem to be able to solve this problem?

there can be different reasons why one or more saved drafts can no longer be opened after some time.
Possible causes include, for example:
The first saved draft was still created with an older eBay listing form, while a newer version of the listing form is now being used.
There was a manual switch between the simplified eBay listing form and the advanced listing form.
The saved draft may be too old or faulty, even if the official validity period of the draft has not yet expired.
In such cases, unfortunately it can happen that the draft can no longer be opened correctly.
eBay is already working on a solution so that saved drafts can be opened without errors in the future.
Since the time until a technical issue is fixed depends on many factors, we are currently unable to give an exact time.
Therefore, it is recommended to try again at regular intervals or recreate the relevant drafts. In addition, you have been added to a technical ticket.
