Mark questions as answered. No longer possible???
Summary: sonnenbrillen-agentur has noticed that the option to mark questions as answered is missing, causing inconvenience as they have to repeatedly check for unanswered questions. perfect-sally mentions it still works for them on Chrome, but sonnenbrillen-agentur does not see the button on any browser. A representative, vera@ebay, confirms that the issue is known and being addressed. However, sonnenbrillen-agentur expresses frustration over the delay in resolving the problem, mentioning other ongoing issues with eBay's platform. patrick@ebay replies that adjustments to the new platform mean that the function may not be fully available as before.
Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed that there doesn’t seem to be any way anymore to mark questions as answered.
Is that known, or is it just me?
Messages keep coming in that don’t require a reply, which is why that feature was really useful.
Now I keep seeing unanswered questions in the cockpit and I always have to check whether they’re new questions or just old stuff.
It would be great if the “Mark as answered” function were usable again soon.

I hope that doesn’t get included in the status.

The problem still hasn’t been solved.
How is it possible that eBay hasn’t managed to solve the problem in almost 3 weeks?
I haven’t looked in a long time, but let me guess: There still isn’t a comma allowed when entering ad percentages.

Hello @sonnenbrillen-agentur there is now a similar function in Members help Members, but it cannot be implemented the way it was used to on the old platform, or rather not across all areas. Here we have to adapt accordingly to the new platform and manage without it.

But I don't even have the "Mark as answered" button.
Neither in Chrome, nor in Firefox.
