Is my eBay account permanently suspended?
Summary: rokitoxshop reported that eBay Germany customer service informed them of a permanent suspension of their account. However, they only see a message on their account asking for identity verification, with no indication of a permanent suspension.
Hello, I contacted eBay Germany customer service and they told me that my account is permanently suspended.
However, I do not see any message on my account saying that it is permanently suspended. I only see a message asking me to verify my identity.

·3 weeks agoHello @rokitoxshop why eBay Germany? You're registered in the USA according to the review profile and probably also registered in the USA, so ebay.com would be responsible for you
