My case is a bit complicated.In short - I had email contact with EBAY customer service. The response from the service employee (shown in my messages), was vague and 99% off the mark and off topic. My questions were not answered, the topic was completely ignored. So I wanted to get in touch again via the blue-highlighted "Reply" button. Doesn’t work - I keep getting an error message that sending is not possible. That alone, to put it mildly, is outrageous.So attempt 2 via the AI: For hours I’ve been trying to get the AI to somehow arrange for a customer service employee to call me back. The AI sends me around in circles because my issue isn’t listed. And at a certain point you can’t even click anything anymore - what’s going on at EBAY? So far I’ve always received a callback without any problems. Do you have any advice?
