Change account from business to personal

Hello,
I had a private eBay account for 20 years. Then I tried it as a business for a year and changed the account type accordingly.
Then, due to lack of success, I deregistered the business again; during that time I only had nine sales. But I still have many ratings from earlier, from the time of my private account, which I do not want to lose.
That’s why I would like to change my account from business back to private again, but I can’t find any way to do that.
Is there any way to make this happen?
