It started for me on 29/8/2025. In the morning I was still online, in the afternoon it no longer worked. The business account ( INTHAP ) can no longer be accessed via the eBay website / browser. Many emails, screenshots, on Thursday 4/9/2025 over 2 hours on the phone with eBay customer service - in total with 10 different people ... always the same ´... nothing. Whether browser Firefox, Crome, Ege +, whether via PC, laptop or different mobile browsers, with clearing the cache and deleting cookies....I can even change the password. With email notification and mobile number verification. On the website it is recognized as "the password is incorrect". But I can get into the eBay app with it, by the way. But what good does that do me. As soon as I want to see the transaction overview or the eBay invoices, I’m back at the website login error. The link to my own website and to Hermes is also out of order. I’m really fed up. Today again 1 hour and 30 minutes with 5 different people. PS: No, eBay customer service still hasn’t been able to help me. My private account, by the way, has no errors. It’s probably time to leave this place after 20 years of loyalty.
