Massive drop in organic impressions and sales since 12/06/2026

Since 12/06/2026, I have been seeing an unusually sharp decline in organic impressions, listing views, and sales on my long-standing business seller account.
I have been a business seller on eBay for many years. My seller performance is unchanged (Top Rated, eBay Plus, free shipping), and I have not made any major changes to either my prices or my listings.
Since 12/06/2026, however, sales have dropped massively. What stands out in particular is that mainly the organic impressions and the listing views have fallen sharply.
The current reports show, among other things:
Organic impressions: -40.5 %
Listing views: -55.7 %
Units sold: -42.9 %
Revenue (last 31 days): -44.6 %
Over the past few weeks, I have contacted eBay customer service several times, spoken with technical support, initiated a technical escalation, and sent a registered letter to eBay Berlin. To date, however, no one has been able to explain the cause of this sharp decline to me.
I’m therefore interested in whether other business sellers have had similar experiences in recent weeks. Has anyone seen a comparable drop in organic reach or sales? If so, was the cause found or was the problem resolved?

Pretty much everyone has been having these experiences for a long time now. If your assortment doesn't consist of in-demand items, you'll quickly get buried here. You won't achieve anything organically anymore, and even with paid ads - no matter how refined - you're just burning money on results that should already be better organically.
You can't expect anything from customer service.
