Not all price suggestions are arriving! A known issue?
Summary: demetri1987 reports that not all price proposals are visible on eBay, even though they receive notifications about them. They contacted eBay, and eBay claims there is no technical problem. However, the display of proposals in their portal is still missing. petersmodellbahnstuebchen says he does not have the problem because he processes price proposals automatically. bixtron confirms that similar problems exist for other sellers and expresses frustration that eBay is doing nothing. demetri1987 is having trouble again seeing and processing a price proposal in time.

We’ve noticed that we’re not receiving all price suggestions. That’s also why we already wrote to Ebay. They wrote back to us saying that there is no technical error.
However, we’ve now noticed that this is still the case.
The situation is as follows: We receive price suggestions once through our Ebay messaging portal. And counteroffers via the button on the Ebay seller cockpit page.
But through our own email page, we are now receiving counteroffers for items that are not shown to us anywhere on Ebay.
We’ve also noticed that on the Ebay app, you can also see price suggestions or counteroffers that you also can’t see through the " normal " Ebay portal.

OP5 days agoAlso, so far the problem has not been fixed. New case item no. 198666408047. We were unable to process this price suggestion in time. Because it simply was not displayed to us on eBay.

·5 days agoSame here, unfortunately I have to compulsively use the app, otherwise even more sales slip away. But I did get a notification that a price suggestion was about to expire. I was then able to accept it on desktop too.

I can’t see price suggestions at all, only the notification - but otherwise I can’t access the price suggestions anywhere. Or everything is missing, or only part of it is there. It’s been this way for about 2 weeks now, and eBay is doing nothing again.

it’s not like that for me, since I automatically accept or reject price suggestions. Since both threshold values are the same, I only get accepted price suggestions. Everything else is too much effort for me.
Maybe the lovely @nina@ebay could take a look at your two offers you mentioned, thanks Nina. ❤️
